Twas the night before Christmas and all through the house,
Not a creature was stirring not even a mouse
My stocking I'd hung by the chimney with care
In the hope that St Nicholas soon would be there
Then in a twinkling I heard on my roof
The prancing and pawing of each reindeer hoof
A sudden sound echoed from my living room below
So I crept downstairs, footsteps soft and slow.
Expecting to see Santa, imagine my surprise
To see Rob standing there, a knowing look in his eyes
My hall clock vibrated as midnight was struck
And I ran to my window not believing my luck.
Santa leapt to his sleigh and gave a sharp whistle
Then away they all flew like the down of a thistle
But he said with a wink before he drove out of sight
Merry Christmas dear Kaz, hope you have a great night.
I turned to Robert and I felt something click
As I realised my plea had been heard by St Nick
“Just for tonight, you're mine to love” Rob said
As he gathered me up and took me to bed.
Christmas morning arrived, sadly all too soon
And I awoke and looked around my still, empty room
With a sigh I remembered my night of sheer bliss
As my body recalled the touch of his kiss.
Had it all been a dream, as the church bells rang
Had it been wishful thinking, I thought with a pang
Then I gasped as I spied at the end of my bed
Rob's Christmas beanie, still warm from his head.

My Christmas Wish
The stars are twinkling in the cold night sky
Anticipation is in the air
It's the time of year when dreams might fly
And the answer may come to a prayer.
One star stands out as its shining so bright
So I make my wish out loud
I cross my fingers and close my eyes tight
And it floats away on a cloud.
Oh Christmas Star please hear my plea
Grant me my true love
Could you just send Robert down to me
From the starry heavens above.
I know he will never be mine to keep
But if I could have one night
I would wrap him inside a love so deep
In never ending delight.
Miracles happen at this time of year
So maybe...just maybe for me
On Christmas Eve, so crisp and clear
Rob's look of love I'll see.

Home for Christmas?
The stars twinkle in the cold night sky
And snow lays thick on the ground
Christmas will soon be here with us
So is Rob at last homeward bound?
Filming is finished for the holiday break
All are ready for some Christmas cheer
To spend good times with family and friends
Drinking brandy, wine and some beer!
The spirit of Christmas instills in us all
A longing to see those that we love
This will be no exception for Victoria and Liz
To spoil their much loved bruv!
Claire will be longing to hold him again
Richard to share a pint with his son
I wish them all the merriest of Christmases
With joy and love and good fun.

For My Baby Girl.
I stare at her face and watch her cries fade
As I'm blown away by this miracle I've made
For the rest of my life I will always be afraid
For my baby girl.
Her eyes stare back and I drown in the sight
Lost in her image and so with all my might
I know I will never ever give up the fight
For my baby girl.
This beautiful child I never dreamed could exist
The thought that fatherhood I would have missed
Thank you Bella for giving me my perfect wish
For my baby girl.
My emotions overflow as my heart you steal
And I still find it so unbelievable you're real
Words are not enough to explain how I feel
For my baby girl.

I Wanna...........
I wanna run my hand through your hair
Your head or chest, I don't care where
I wanna run my finger along your jaw
Then pick myself up off the floor.
I wanna feel your fingers long and slender
Caress my cheek soft and tender
I wanna kiss your lips sexy and full
And feel my stomach clench and pull.
I wanna lay beside you on a bed
As along my heart you softly tread
I wanna take you to unheard of heights
On hot summer days and cold winter nights.
I wanna experience many wonderful things
Together with you; whatever life brings
I wanna hold my dream inside my hand
And not watch it drift like grains of sand.
Maybe, one day, this will all come true
How will it happen? I haven't a clue
Until then I'll keep watching the moon above
Patiently waiting for the man I love.
Your head or chest, I don't care where
I wanna run my finger along your jaw
Then pick myself up off the floor.
I wanna feel your fingers long and slender
Caress my cheek soft and tender
I wanna kiss your lips sexy and full
And feel my stomach clench and pull.

Remembering Tyler.
I remember you in New York city
Standing all bloody and bruised
Silly me wanted to kiss it better
My that would have kept you amused
I remember you drinking your coffee
Talking of toothbrushes to sell
Smiling and talking in your open check shirt
A relief from your tormented hell
I remember you carrying the bed roll
For Caroline's overnight stay
You played the best older brother
In your own inimitable way.
I remember you wearing the navy blue suit
You looked so handsome and hot
Arguing baseball with your up-tight dad
Then him making you lose the plot.
I remember you in New York city
In the summer of 2009
Your role of Tyler will forever be
Instilled in me for all time.
Standing all bloody and bruised
Silly me wanted to kiss it better
My that would have kept you amused
I remember you drinking your coffee
Talking of toothbrushes to sell
Smiling and talking in your open check shirt
A relief from your tormented hell
I remember you carrying the bed roll

Longing for Water for Elephants
I'm wishing for April and circus time
When Water for Elephants arrives
To watch Rob as Jacob walk on set
Completely changing our lives.
As a circus vet, the animals he'll tend
Rosie will be a such a delight
But Marlena will steal his heart away
As he falls in love at first sight.
There'll be laughter, sadness, tragedy too
And he'll roustabout with the best
His anger and fury will know no bounds
As August puts him to the test.
To see Rob as Jacob, all dirty and hot
Wiping the sweat from his face
Will be a role I'm longing to see
Causing my heartbeat to race.
No longer inhuman, just a mortal man
With all of those traits to play
Ready to love with no binding restraint
Portrayed in Rob's inimitable way.
