A Beautiful Man

The jawline so masculine, strong and bold
The delight of women since days of old
The soft supple lips, the long eyelashes
With just a gaze and your heartbeat crashes.

A wide forehead over darkened brows
Blue eyes sharing all that beauty allows
A broad nose to show that he has a flaw
Just accentuates his masculinity even more

Tall, broad shouldered, a touch of swagger
You catch your breath, your footsteps stagger
He smiles and angels beat their wings
Marvelling at the amazing sight he brings.

His voice like velvet, says your name
You melt at the sound, your heart's aflame
His fingers reach and caress your cheek
His soft breath murmers “no, don't speak”

His look of love holds you spellbound
Blinding you to all sight and sound
As his lips descend and find your own
Please don't wake up, you softly moan.
